Are you new to the District or a prospective employee? Coverage for administrative and 12-month staff is effective on the date of hire. All building level staff’s coverage is effective on the 1st day of the month, after your employment start date.
Open enrollment is in May of each year and all open enrollment elections are effective the following September.
Experiencing a life event (marriage, divorce, birth, adoption) all plan changes must be received within 30 days of the life event, please be prepared to provide proof of the life event as well as complete the enrollment/change form. This request can be found by clicking on the “Qualifying Life Event” icon in your Qmlativ account.
